Heating cable in aluminum foil

The flexible heating cable on Alper adhesive aluminum foil combines the great versatility of this technology with simplicity of application thanks to the adhesive aluminum foil. The use of the continuously extruded cable allows the application of the product in environments where a high IP degree is required. At the same time, the heating cable offers excellent reliability, great mechanical strength and electrical safety, both at high and low temperatures. The use of adhesive aluminium allows rapid application and provides the heater with excellent heat exchange even on curved or irregular surfaces. In addition, Alper allows you to have, within the same cable, differentiated parts of heat, hot and cold, identified by means of a visual indicator.

Main Features

The flexible heating cable in aluminium foil finds countless applications. It is flexible and adheres perfectly to any type of surface thanks to the adhesive back.

Applications:
Suitable for the industrial and refrigeration sector; in the reptile and aquarium heating, to recreate the perfect heated and comfortable environment for small animals; pastry machines: ice cream makers and chocolate machines; gardening; in the medical field: heating of medical equipment; in catering: heating of warm floors; in telecommunications antennas and in small and large appliances: heating parts; and in the industry sector in general.

The heater can be supplied with protection thermostats and thermal fuses. Furthermore, it is possible to provide metal terminals, EU plug or other connections on customer request.
