Flexible silicone rubber heaters

Alper silicone heating elements are produced by chemical etching and allow to reduce the thickness of the heating element to the minimum (min. 0.8mm). The etched foil silicone rubber heaters reach temperatures of 200 °C up to peaks of 230 °C. Silicone characteristics makes it the suitable material for applications in the horeca sector in small household appliances such as dishwashers, warm plates, kettles, machines for chocolate or ice cream, but also in industries, in the naval and aerospace sectors. The reliability of silicone over time in extreme conditions makes this product the best choice for the professional and medical sector.

Main Features

The Alper silicone heating elements distribute the heat evenly, the flexible Alper technology guarantees the best performance to the products in which it is applied.

Minimum thickness of the heating element while allowing very intense heating up to continuous temperatures of 200 °C and peaks of 230 °C.

The silicone rubber etched foil heater can be supplied with slots, holes, traction belts and customizations on request.

A wide range of accessories is also available such as, for example, fixed and adjustable thermostats, probes, pt100 and pockets for housing probes.
